I thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable hotel, it did not disappoint. The location was amazing, at a short distance from a historic tower.- The main shopping centre and a market were right next door.- The staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant.- The daily service was excellent.

The staff was great - friendly, helpful, attentive. They even let us in our rooms hours before check-in and made sure we had side-by-side rooms w/ balconies that that had beautiful views. It's just steps away from the historic center of San Marino.

Good location.

Terrible value for the money. There are no facilities, such as a pool or fitness center, that would merit a four-star rating. This is simply a two-star hotel with four-star prices. There is a "fitness" facility on the 3rd floor that is simply a business that guests or anyone off the street can pay for. A sauna there will cost you $35 for example !

Healthy breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. Pleasant staff members, incredible location right by attractions, fortresses, towers and restaurants, the historic sites of San Marino and restaurants and shops.

Good location with parking, good food in restaurant, stunning views through the window, balcony.

We had tripple room ordered, but the room was really double with extra bed. The room looked run down a bit. Not a good value for money, but we did not check prices in other hotels in central San Marino.

Great location, walking distance to the main attractions of the city. the view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the city and the beautiful mountains. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The WiFi connection was quite frustrating, it was inconsistent and would often drop. there was no charging plug in the room for our specific plugs.

The room was very small with view to a wall, it was not especially well equipped as one would expect it in a 4 star hotel. For using the parking for less than 24 hours we had to pay 16(!) Euros. The only plus was the breakfast which was very good. All in all it definitely wasn't worth 89 + 16 Euros for 1 night.

The terrible first night room, with no view we were given. Awful selection of food for buffet breakfast and not very good quality. The couldn,t care less attitude of the staff. The what seemed regular exercise of placing customers in a rubbish room and then upgrading at a suppliment,ourselves and several other guests all needed to upgrade rooms. Pretty poor garage for parking. Hotel in need of a makeover and general tidy up. San Marino was fantastic but I would avoid this particular hotel if we returned.

Great location with elegant atmosphere, offering a rich selection for breakfast. Helpful staff and a nice initiative to provide a tour in a hotel tuktuk. Terrific value for money, with parking options available. Superb views overlooking the surrounding area and convenient location next to the castle.

Fantastic location, staff very helpful, good breakfast. Rooms were huge. Very quiet old world hotel in a beautiful part of the world.

This hotel is perfectly situated just outside the city walls of the old town, offering easy access to taxis and the historic center of San Marino. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large beds and fabulous views of the surrounding area. The breakfast spread is impressive, providing a variety of options for a great start to the day.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Location of the hotel is very nice , just two minutes walk from the castle, The staff was very friendly and active, Room was very big, clean and tidy, with a nice washroom, Breakfast was very nice ,

I liked the clerk at the reception, the amazing view from the balcony, the spacious room and bath

I didn-l like the quality of the furniture (which has also a bad smell), and the breakfast (poor)
